I received policy document with £200 excess as arranged BUT when I went to make a claim was told it was £300. despite having policy documents in my hand clearly showing £300 they denied it – and to add insult to injury then they printed out a new policy document with the ammended details of £300 excess and sent it to me 2 days later – not even sure if this is legal?
Damn annoyed i paid in full for my car, buildings and contents insurance with these sharks – otherwise I’d be off to an honest and decent company!!!
