what a load of rubish i was insured with lloyds for 4 years and got posted to germany on arival and insuring my car with a german comapny (which is policy for british forces in germany) i called lloyds to cancel my policy and for them to forward my no claims certificate to me (5 years protected) now this was in september 2010 it is now may 2011 and after a phone call every month to them they asure me it is on its way but when i inform them i am based in germany and have a BFPO address they say they will not post to this address or my previous as i dont live there they are a waste of time and thanks to “lloyds” i am paying way over the odds for insurance and lost my no claims thanks lloyds for nothing.
